Annual Town/Parish Meeting Minutes The Annual Town/Parish meeting is scheduled within the Meeting Calendar for April each year and before the meeting, an Agenda is published. This is a meeting of the Parish / Town and not a meeting of the Town Council. The Town Council will present an Annual Report for the current year and Audited Financial Accounts for the previous year. The remainder of the meeting is open to speakers from the Community on any subject they may wish to raise and debate.
